A major pharmacy chain faced the challenge of sustaining an accelerated expansion pace — one new store per week across Mexico and Latin America — with a limited, costly, and inflexible point-of-sale system.

The main need was to have a next-generation omnichannel POS, capable of supporting high transaction volumes, operating in offline mode, and ensuring integration with its corporate platforms.

The Solution
