The Solution

• Multi-cloud and vendor-agnostic infrastructure: A Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) model was created to enable failover load transfer between Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Azure.
• DevOps Governance: A scalable DevOps strategy was implemented, involving 200 collaborators from different areas, from business users to executives.
• Banking interoperability with BIAN: A BIAN layer was established over Fiserv’s Card Management, optimizing the integration and operation of financial services.
• Artificial Intelligence for predictive monitoring: An AI model was developed to enable automated process monitoring and proactive failure remediation before impacting operations.
• UX/UI Implementation: User experience was improved in the back office and in the client’s operational portal, optimizing platform interaction and usability.
